Meanings of the Names
of Prophets
Amazingly, the names of prophets carry a parallel between their service to God and the message they proclaimed. While the names of prophets are widely respected, it is unfortunately the case that the meanings of their names are for the most part unknown. However, the meanings of the names are literally phrases and mottos which glorify our God. That is why we pray this short book brings further praise and glory to God.
