Many people believe that their religion comes from birth depending on the place they live in and the culture they are a part of. According to Christianity, one can not be a part of a religion from birth; for belief, one needs knowledge and consciousness. Religion is chosen with knowledge. To become a Christian, one first has to realize that they are a sinner. Sin is the reason mankind was expelled from the Garden of Eden and separated from God. To enter Heaven, one needs to be sinless. Because it is impossible for any human to be sinless, prophets included, God sent a Savior to forgive all sins: Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ died on the cross as the ultimate sacrifice for mankind's sins, and rose up again to life on the third day. Therefore, one's sins are now forgiven in the sight of God and the path to entering Heaven has been reopened. When one believes in this Truth, declaring Jesus Christ as their Savior, one becomes a Christian. A Christian, through the intercession of Jesus, has a full and eternally confirmed place in Heaven.

Lord Jesus Christ, I come to you as a sinner and repent for my sins. I believe that You died on the cross and rose up again for my sins. I open my life and my heart to you and accept You as my Lord and Savior. Amen!
